It's Christmas Cookie Time!

Hey all! Today's post is how to make one of my favorite Christmas cookies: Peanut Butter Blossoms! These cookies are delicious and you can decorate them or leave them plain to enjoy! Here is the recipe. Once again, I would like to thank my sis for helping with the picture!

You will need:

1 3/4 cups FLOUR
1/2 cup SUGAR
1/2 cup BROWN SUGAR
1 tsp. BAKING SODA
1/2 cup SHORTENING (or butter)
1/2 cup PEANUT BUTTER
1 EGG
2 T. MILK
1 tsp. VANILLA
1/2 tsp. SALT
48 HERSHEY'S KISSES

Combine all the ingredients except the kisses in a large mixing bowl. Blend well at low speed. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven. Top each cookie immediately with a candy kiss, pressing down gently so cookie cracks around edge. Makes about 48 cookies.
